Hey, try and take a few deep breaths and calm down hun. I have had this feeling before and understand. I don't know much about you but putting on weight does not mean you are fat, it just means you are getting healthier and there is a big difference. Try to concentrate on nourishing your body, helping it to do what it needs to each day and try to see food as fuel, rather than the enemy.
It is hard battling with negative body image, but it does get easier. have you ever tried affirmations or anything like that? maybe try and do something nice for yourself like a pamper day, hot bath, buy yourself some new make-up or something? sometimes that can help.

For me it helps to remember that gaining weight doesn't mean weakness rather it is a demonstration of strength and determination. You are fighting against the need to lose weight in order to be healthy and happy and that is great.

Hi Poppers,
You are becoming healthier because you are putting on weight, which is an incredible achievement! You can be proud of yourself, I wish I could notice any gain of weight in myself. The fact that you noticed this is great, have you told others that you are afraid and don't know what to do? People in you nearby surroundings could help you with it.
