whats your skin care/make up routine?
Just wondered what everyone does and what products they use.
I am not loyal to any brands so mine changes depending on what money i have and what i fancy but heres my current routine.
I clean my face with my new clinique 3 step stuff.
use my no 7 beauty serum
Skin 79 BB cream.
any consellor if needed
do my eyeshadow (complete variety of makes)
cover face in collection 2000 loose powder
curl my lashes
add maybelline black falsies mascara.
Use hair straighteners to add volume, scrunch with lee stafford texture paste and hairspray.
Also does anyone have any recommendations for under eye bag cover?

Wash hands with hand wash. Splash water in face. Tie hair back.
That's literally it.

In the morning:
- Scrub face with exfoliating gloves and body shop body polish and a daily exfoliating face scrub.
- moistorize using Clean and Clear.
- use Body Shop Toner.
- Use witch Primer.
- Put on Body Shop Foundation.
- Apply any eyeshadows.
- Apply eyeliner with a flick (either Collection 2000 liquid liner or MUA gel liner)
- Curl lashes and apply Mascara (either Body Shop or Rimmel)
- Powder in brows using a light Body Shop eyeshadow to shape and define brows.
- Apply any lipstick.
In the evenings:
- Remove makeup using Simple face wipes and we make up remover.
- Tone.
- Moisterizer
- Apply face mask if wanted.

In the morning I just let the shower/hair wash do things for me!
Then before bed, Tesco simple cleanser and then cucumber toner. That's it. And a witch hazel stick for the perimenopausal zits!

I forgot to put I use Collection2000 concealer under my eyes and on any redness and/or blemishes I have. It's the best drug store concealer I've found (I haven't tried any high end makeup ones as of yet so can't compare!)

I put savlon on spots when they appear.

I don't even know why I'm commenting here, I literally do NOTHING! Hence my skin is skanky and I'm not especially aesthetically pleasing :'(
Occasionally Jodie attacks me with face cream and/or LeClaire gives me spot cream as a subtle hint...

cold green tea tea bags or cold cucumber slices.
oh, or if you put two spoons in the fridge and then rest them under your eyes.
i had to try a few concealers until i found a really good one. i forget whats its called but it had green pigments in it.. you can get green pigmented foundation etc too, it counters any red in your skin.

i think to be honest its just i like playing with products rather than anything else, i only started wearing make up regularly about 5 years back and i'll be 31 on monday
i have really dry hands in the winter, i find the body shop hemp hand cream is brilliant for them and although its fairly pricey it does last forever
