My Blackberry is dead :(

So I bought a Blackberry a couple of days ago and just downloaded a load of stuff onto it. I switched it off and back on because it said I had to after I deleted something off it and when I switched it on it came up with 'Error 552' and said I had to reset it yesterday. I spent about 4 hours yesterday trying to fix it and nothing's worked. I really can't afford a new one and I'll be so gutted if I can't get it to work again. So does anybody know if it can be fixed and how to fix it please?

You need the cable for it. But basically, connect it to the computer and go into the Blackberry Desktop manager. Then it should come up with something asking you if you want to update it and there's something else on there (can't remember which ones they are). Anyway, click update and then it should be done. I'll link you anyway cos I'm rubbish at explaining these sorts of things haha. It does wipe everything off the phone though, all your pictures, apps, games, messages, contacts etc so make sure you have them all backed up before you do it. I made the mistake of not backing it up and lost everything. Spent an hour putting all the numbers back in

Anyway, here's the link for you :) It says to take the battery out but I did and it stopped the update halfway through about 5 times. I put the battery in and it worked then
