Talked about my SI
Hi Everyone,
Although I didn't want to I talked about my self harm today with my counselor and it went okay she asked me all these question and then gave me a chart to write down when I am feeling like cutting myself... Talking about my SI was the hardest thing I have ever done I told her that i wanted to cut the other day.... She didn't tell my mom...
