what is this about

I've got BPD, I've been sh-ing alot lately and dissociating alot lately too but the last week i've been so paranoid about being out...i had a few job interviews and each one i went to i was worried i was going to be held hostage...and even being out i'm worried i'm going to get jumped on...

i don't know what to do about it... other than mentioning it to my psychologist...

What do you think is making you have these paranoid thoughts about being held hostage? Have you seen anything on TV, or anywhere which could've given your mind to believe that you may be under the same circumstances soon?

I agree that you should definitely tell your psychologist.

yeah i agree def tell this to your psychologist. btw, are you on any medications? i'm asking you this because some medications can cause delusional thinking or hallucinations. i'm also having these thoughts right now and my psychiatist told me the meds i'm taking could increase these thoughts.
