Crazy moodswings
Erm I'm basically posting because I have no idea what just happened.
I am usually very subdued but all of a sudden I got this huge burst of energy- my heart was beating like crazy and i just wanted to explode because of all this 'stuff'. Anyway about an hour has gone by and I can barely keep my eyes open and am completely shattered.
Sorry for this rambling but I am just a bit confused, didn't really want to waste an entire post on this..

Can you think of anything that might have happened to trigger this?
*hugs*

Erm no not really. I guess I'd just had some food about half an hour before but that never usually makes a difference.
I'm not on any medication so it can't be that either..
thanks for replying x

I'm not sure what this is but I remember it happening to me a few years ago. I put some music on and danced for about an hour, then went to sleep! It was almost like I had been down and had no energy for so long that it all burst out at once. If it makes you feel any better, it never happened again for me x

Just thinking of your other thread and now this maybe its time to visit a dr about this? (sorry if you have and i've not read that). Make a list of all these things that keep happening including specific examples as that will help you if you do seek help.
Mood swings can be caused by a million things both physical and mental, they're controlled by hormones and blood sugar levels and lots of other things so really the only way you'd know is to get checked out at the doctors.

No I haven't been. Told my parents a bit about it but they don't seem too bothered. Well I don't know, they haven't mentioned doctors.
Thanks for the advice.
