Fatigue on clozapinem or amisulpride

I have been taking clozapine for almost 2 years and amisulpride as well for 10 months. I am extremely lethargic in the mornings to the extent that I have to lie down for up to an hour after breakfast. It is different from the drowsiness or sedation that you get when you first start taking a new antipsychotic. It's not drowsiness, it's fatigue and lethargy and a feel of needing to lie down. Does anyone else get this while on clozapine or amisulpride?

I am currently:

Have you been putting up with this for the two years you've been on one of the meds or has it come on recently? Because if it's come on recently then it may not be to do with the medication. Fatigue can happen because of a large number of reasons.
I have had trouble with fatigue and lethargy on psych meds, Amisulpiride I think was one of them. The only real solution I found was to not take the medication anymore.
Caffeine may help.

Stop thinking about what I want, what he wants, what your parents want. What do you want?

I have found with amisulpride I have too much energy!
When I was on quetiapine though I was how you are describing, could you ask for a meds change or meds to counter act the side effetcs?

See I cannot feel this, not matter how you try and in the real world, there's no goodbyes.

Stare at the hands, you know you want to ;).

I only had to look at clonazepam and I fell asleep. Ok, that's an exaggeration, but it did make me super sleepy. I only took it as prn.

Can you function or do you think you should talk to your psychiatrist about it?

The Mole was bewitched, entranced, fascinated. By the side of the river he trotted as one trots, when very small, by the side of a man who holds one spell-bound by exciting stories; and when tired at last, he sat on the bank, while the river still chattered on to him, a babbling procession of the best stories in the world, sent from the heart of the earth to be told at last to the insatiable sea.
Wind in the Willows.

i tried amisulperide, but after a few days was fainting every few minutes, so had to stop it!
wuld be worth speaking to your doc about it, they might be able to change the dose, or give you something to help with the side effects.
