ok so...having a rough day today
While getting divorced from my verbally abusive husband was the best thing that I could have ever done for myself....i cant help but be a little down today. See today...would be our two year wedding anniversary. i dont miss him...i just...i dont know how to explain it.
just...hugs please?

Anniversaries are tough, even when you know that you're better off now. It takes time to get over the break up of a marriage, regardless of the circumstances.

not sleeping well just now... and today woke up in the shiittiest of moods. No fun for my colleagues and my boss kept asking me if I was alright and what was bothering me... annoying thing is - I don't even know whats bothering me... what a tube...

thanks for the support guys...means so much...i managed to make it through the day yesterday. i was actually proud of myself...which is a weird feeling all in itself.

Artychick, i know what you mean about not being sure whats bothering you. i get like that too pretty often...and the worse part is....when you cant figure out whats wrong..it makes you feel worse! Sorry to hear you are having a rough day though. Here if you need anything!

Hey Chris,
Sorry mate youve had an awfull day , and that youve just typed out a great big post, and accidentally deleted it, Its a nightmare to see your post vanish, ive done it alot of times myself.

Please take a rest and when your ready try again. I know it takes alot out of you, dont give up friend, I sometimes copy my post as im so far, just in case i slip up, you could have a word document that you can post it on, and flip back, i know thats a pain but it might help. Its so easy to loose stuff .

Christ the amount of times i have written "war and Peace" on here only to have it deleted or timed out is heartbreaking. I get into the habbit of continually copying with each paragraph i write. I dont lose posts now.

I just saw this post after I pm'ed you. PM me if you want to chat. I knew three hours of Biology had to have some sort of negative affect, it's no wonder you need a hug after that! You're not alone, you've got me and everyone else here on RYL.
