Bad and confused
Woken up today feeling bad, dirty, confused and poisonous.
Head is noisy.
Confused about things that happened years ago. They never bothered me before but now they're eating away at me.
|

Remember that you're not poisonous. Rather that you've been violated in some way, and that is taking on another's poisonous feelings into yourself. The love and goodness inside you can protect you.
But it really does help to talk about how you're feeling with someone safe, or even drawing or writing how you feel privately.

Stellata is completely correct.
I was abused twice as a kid and I noticed that one day all the memories suddenly came back and I was flashbacking daily. But as Stellata said, you're not poisonous, its the person that hurt you that is poisonous.

I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.
Just becasue I type well doesn't mean I speak well. I am only part time verbal.

I'm not only just remembering.
I remembered months ago. I told my Mum but she said that what happened was natural. That the person who hurt me was going through a hormonal phase.

It hurt.
At the time what happened didnt bother me. I was too young to realise anything was wrong.
Now its upsetting me though.

I am so confused about this.
The person that hurt me is a loved one who I am close to...I feel like this hasn't effected me until now...its like Ive just realised what happened.
I need help. Supporters aren't replying.
