Please Help Me Im Losing It

i posted in general advice forum which i probs shouldnt have done as im 24 and is about work this would of been better but please help me im losing it now the post was called 'why do i cry in work' and its killing me, trying to be calm but its taking over my life i hate work i am fine when i dont have to work

Working is one of those things one cannot get past....and although Im not exactly keen on it either I will sorely miss the fulfillment and productivity it offers. Maybe if you change jobs?? Doing something you like??
Sometimes to get to teh point of doing what you like one has to put up with less, but work towards a goal. (ie, studying to get there)
it can be highly stressful at work, so even if you take on a less demanding position it may ease the tension. I know I had to-a few times.
