The sections Girl Afraid mentioned are good, don't forget to either put your references in or mention that they are available on request.
Personal details - address and contact details
Personal profile - a short couple of sentences to sum up your skills and achievements (this can be tailored separately for each job)
I would put Education before Employment but always put your most recent first and work backwards for both sections.
Education - include dates, institution, subjects and grades
Employment - dates, where, job position and then a short description of duties
Skills and achievements - speak for themselves - skills include computer competency, communication skills, time keeping and team workig skills etc.
Also with each c.v if there isn't an application form then you need to write a covering letter which says that you want the job and then picks out the specific points in the job advert that they are looking for and you need to say how you have gained those skills. It is advisable to cater your cv for each application and to write a new covering letter to highlight the skills they are looking for for that specific job. I hope this helps.
