If possible, don't force yourself to have something just because it's Christmasy. If you're feeling up to a slice of Christmas pudding, great, but if the thought sends you in a spin, don't force it. But still eat as well as you can!

Christmas is such a holiday when you should feel as comfortable as possible. You should experience this feeling every holiday, so do what you really like, and do not cause anxiety. Let yourself relax and enjoy delicious food, you deserve it
