Haha. Nope, it was pretty much empty except for a very thin layer of liquid and was much worse than that separating colour. Looked like yellow car coolant! Probably would have tasted like it too.

It's not so much that I worry about my flatmates being bad, it is more worry about me being awkward and horrible and stupid etc.

Lana, I absolutely totally 100% understand the flatmate thing. I spent years at college and uni and work placements avoiding everyone I lived with at all costs for those same reasons. It's not easy forcing yourself to get past those barriers so you really are doing well. Just keep reminding yourself that there were no negative consequences from seeing them. =)
I did not take pictures! I'm now tempted to be grim though and set up an experiment with the next empty carton. It's ok to leave out mouldy food for science, right? =P

That sounds reasonable, Kiran.
Any ideas as to what might help you achieve that? I.e. what can you drink instead? (and does it also have to be THAT cold???)

My goal for this week is to drink one glass of water every day. My energy drink consumption escalated even for me and I can literally feel how unhealthy that is.

My goal this week is to actually take my meds at the same time everyday. They are the type I can take as soon as I remember them after a missed dose. But I need to make a full part of my routine!

What makes it hard to brush your teeth? Maybe we can make suggestions if we know?
Cat, do you know what it is that keeps you from taking them when the reminder goes off?
I think I might invest in one of those shiny reusable water bottles to motivate myself to drink some.

Hello!
I've let a lot of my habits slip but I'm still making my bed most days and eating breakfast most days.
My new thing is housework. Just making sure I wash up every day and don't have a mountain of laundry to start with.
Lana, that's an excellent idea! A novelty water bottle is *always* a good investment.

Do you have any tips re staying on track with dishes/laundry?
I feel like a lot of us struggle with that.
Well done for making the bed and eating breakfast :)
No progress on the water front, but I started to open my curtains once I wake up. Like, even when I don't get out of bed I will do it rather than keep them closed literally all day. Such a small/minimal effort thing, but it gives me some daylight.

When I was at uni I tended to wash my dishes in the morning while my kettle was boiling. Now I tend to do it while I’m making a drink no matter what time of day.
Re-tablets- I’m still struggling. No idea why phone reminders aren’t working they usually do. I’m hoping it’ll become easier as I’m back at work next week.

I was literally wondering this earlier re washing up and laundry. I had to wash up almost everything I owned today because I just seem incapable of sticking to it.
I DID clean both the bathrooms and the kitchen and hoovered and steam mopped everywhere though for the first time, probably since before Christmas (don’t judge). Just need to clean the kitchen skirting boards tomorrow and change the bedding in all the bedrooms and then will have a nice clean house ready for placement. Unless I’ve trashed it again by then, which is OBVS more than likely!
