Not that like, these are great humans. But what helps me other than thinking about how rigorous testing and ethics have to be to get approved is the fact that really important humans, like our countries's leaders, have also gotten them. They would absolutely not have been allowed to if there was any risk of it being bad or dangerous.

oh no! I hope they pass quickly. I was told that's a good sign because it means that your body is responding to it, but I am sure it does not feel good. Did they give you anyone to contact if you are unsure what to do or concerned?

What do you think? It's important what your family and the CMHT think but your views are the most important. Do you think advocacy would be useful? What do you want the CMHT to do for you?

The advocate was helpful in telling them what I wanted but turns out they have just ignored the letter
I think meds need to change (up or down) we need to manage my spasms too.

I'm sorry you feel like they're not listening. I can understand and relate to that. Maybe they have reasons for thinking you don't need the things you want. Do you have an appointment with your CPN soon?

I've had a tough morning, lots of thoughts about shopping for tools. But I've told L because it would lead to police (or even hospital) but it is still tempting.
