and people stop saying 5!!! we had a house that was one house then changed into 3 houses (not flats... HOUSES) and then changed back to one house. so it was one very big house with 5 cats... and a dog, and two guinea pigs, and some fish, and later a different dog. But it didn't look like loads because there was lots of room and they all went outside to do their stuff and they were fed in the utility room, not the kitchen and it didn't smell like cat.... we weren't mental cat people, i promise, we just kinda found cats or got given them... but if we had a small house and 5 cats it may have been a little different... and a little eau du chat.

but 5 is not that many honest!

To get half of a cat you have a cat that you can only find half of the time, naturally.

I think it depends on how much space you have. The more room you have the more cats you need to be crazy. Generally however, i'd say most people it would be about 8-10.

At least 10 cats. I have 5 at home and to me it doesn't seem that many, or maybe it doesn't seem that many because we didn't buy them all. We bought 1, got given one, and the other 3 came from the first 2.

Also, I'm not a crazy cat lady...yet.

I only have one cat and I got called a crazy cat lady because I was sat in my garden surrounded by cats... it's not my fault all the cats like to come visit me!
