I know I'm really late to add to this thread, but I was here when it was ruin. I think I have never actually been on recover before last night, but I remember my cousin telling me about the change sometime in our later teen years. I don't remember at all what username I would have gone by back then.

Used to be on Ruin in 2002 and 2003, left for a long time after that and came back in 2013 (had to create a new account since I didn't remember the log in info or email for my old one) than left again and came back sporadically over the years. Kinda crazy to come back to the site and now realize it has been 22 years since I first found it.

Hello fellow ruin your lifer. I am also grateful that I found this website at a time when I really needed it. Its been so long that I forgot how to navigate the forums lol I think it would be so cool to have an app option to make it easily accessible for those relying on this community to carry them through storms they face. Anyways, I just wanted to say Hey and hope that life got better and if not I hope that this site helped give you some healthy tools for coping.
