Hey, I'm also diabetic and know how sometimes everything seems to focus around food...
The trouble is if you're not eating very much you might be more likely to end up going low more often... and then have to eat more often to correct that.
I don't want to be a bore and remind you on the dangers of low blood sugars (especially if you drive) and eating properly because I'm sure you know that. Do you have a diabetic nurse/ dietician you could talk to?
