Er so Salomons are not giving me access to thr recording or notes. I had to submit a data access request and only then did they say that because I don't have access to my emails all I get is a transcription which may not be accurate. They have ignored the question of the notes entirely and now I can't prove it was said at all.

Since then I've heard similar stories from friends who had similar issues with their courses. I feel betrayed.

Erm yeah they did actually which was that Salomons handling of the process might be discriminatory because they didn't take into account that; as hard as it is for anyone to leave ab abusive situation, one factor that
makes it harder for me is being disabled and the fact that the person whom I'm trying to leave is also meeting my needs, so I'm getting some advice about that.

Er well in some senses I'm doing well Lindsay and this just throws how badly Salomons are treating me into sharp relief. I feel hurt and betrayed and because I now know how poorly some courses have treated some disabled trainees I just feel sad. It does sometimes feel that we are expected to jump through some many hoops but yet vast swathes of society don't care about us (disabled people).
