Returning...
Hi everyone.
My name's Debs. I've been on RYL back in 2011 when I first joined, then I abandoned the forums for a few years, and then for some years until 2022 I was on-and-off logging on and engaging a little bit in some conversations.
I have decided that I need to work on my mental health much more now. I have struggled with a lot in recent years, particularly grief... I will write more about it one day when I have more energy to talk about the losses. And one may be coming up soon.. my beloved dog who has been my best friend for 11 years.
I have been struggling very much in recent years and have been doing a lot to try and help myself. I do feel renewed, although I still am struggling daily and working on everything. I've requested a username change to reflect my renewal and hopefully it goes through...
Anyway, being on this forum gave me comfort and slowed time down a little for me. I am glad to be back, and I look forward to talking to everyone again.
