My name is Zenande, but my friends normally call me Zee. I'm a 25-year-old girl from South Africa.
I am a bubbly individual, colorful, (mildly) wild 🤣🙈, an introverted extrovert.
I was recently diagnosed with anxiety, I guess the stresses of life have caught up with me and things got a bit too hectic.
I joined this forum to heal, learn, share my experiences and hopefully help others by sharing my journey
