Much needed relax since this afternoon onwards ready to tackle niggly to do tasks for tomorrow
Did some knitting {t'was cathartic doing it again for first time in zonks even if what I've produced is holy lots and non shapely nothingness- it can just me my keeping hands busy lump of wool ahah :P}
Watch X-Files, finally!! Guilt free too

- had a lovely time seeing a friend.
- made a nice dinner.
- D bought me a yoga mat.

- was out in sun for a bit and was listening to Pink Floyd whilst walking.

-Managed to make phone call at work, which was stressful as heck, but pleased that I managed to do it.
-Got a fair amount of shopping done, and had tasty restaurant foods afterwards.

Yesterday:
- my 1931 tube map arrived
- my awesome sign for my trolley at work arrived
- an old friend got in contact and was amazingly supportive and it was so nice to hear from her.

Today:
- My friend at work told me exactly what I needed to hear and made me feel safe and cared about
- Received some lovely texts
- went for dinner with an old friend from uni and I'm so happy for her for how well she's doing
- got my metropolitan line map in the post. Like the individual maps they have inside the tube. My lounge is a metropolitan line train!
- in hindsight am so relieved that I didn't make bad choices last night.
- Gabriella's positive RV made me grin!

- Got up on time.
- Took meds.
- Went over to see the fam.
- Spent quality time with mum.
- Had a good discussion with mum about how I'm feeling.
- Let mum say goodbye to the cats before they get rehomed.
- Went out to the corner shop.
- Arranged to meet up with a friend next week.
- Did most the washing up.
- Went to bed at a good time.

Thursday:(so far)
- Woke up on time.
- Took meds.
- Hoovered lounge and kitchen.
- Cleaned litter tray mat.
- Boxed up the excess cat food.
- Took apart one of Lola's toys to take with her.
- Had lots of snuggles with the cats.
- Received my first xmas card.
- Arranged to meet up with mum tomorrow.
- Dried the pots.
- Got Charlies present.

- It's snowing and the weather is good;
- I ate two yummy tangerines;
- Found a new bakery near my workplace that sells yummy goodies;
- Finished the exam with my students;
- Had nice tea;
- Had part of my medical expenses compensated;
- Realized that I am now able to get a Christmas present for my ex/friend.

Thanks. I'm getting better with taking phone calls at work, which is good because that's a big part of my job, but making calls stresses me out big time. Also, your tube maps sound amazing!!

Today:
Got to pick a special gift, (and working on minimising the guilty feels)
Managing to wrap quite a few christmas presents and write cards, which I actually really enjoy :B
I've spoken to friends in the past few days and that's been great :B

Going to go out for dinner with my mate as it's her birthday today.
Had a laugh with my housemates.
Didn't do the exam that was scheduled for today because uni is off! Woo.

- I had a bath and now my hair's nice.
- went to a quiet bar and chilled with D, pizza and mulled cider.
- feeling cosy and sleepy.
- I finally managed to find a slot in sociable hours to hoover without waking D up.

- Had a productive morning
- Had someone sit and talk to me on the phone for over 2 hours just to make sure I was safe

- Woke up on time.
- Felt rested.
- Taken meds.
- Had lots of snuggles time with the cats.
- Took PRN when I need to.
- Cleaned out litter tray.
- Took rubbish out.
- Got candles delivered :)
- Spent time with mum.
- Got Xmas cards.
- Chatted to a friend.
- Found a present for one of my friends.
- I lost a special ring and didn't flip over it.
- Stayed safe.

- didn't have a full blown italian cuisine diaster (thanks to Steph noticing in time that my oven glove was on fire o_O )

- Spoke to some of the lovely staff from rehab.
- Spoke with my little muffin from rehab.
- Ordered more xmas presents.
- Ordered me a onesie.
- Taken meds.
- Transferred savings to mum to hold onto.
- Caught up with mum on the phone.
- Done some relaxation.
- Went out and got some groceries.
- Hoovered my bedroom.
- Done the washing.
- Did not binge even though I had big urges too
