I didn’t get much sleep so I almost stayed in bed all day but I got up and I’ve had healthy meals, gone out for a jog and practised self care. I got into a habit of staying in bed a lot and it got really unhealthy but this week I have really made an effort to make positive, healthy decisions.

things im proud of having a shower distracting myself very well catching up on laundry showing a bit of understanding to a friend where before i might not have been able to due to a lack of understanding

being able to download my cds on to my laptop bit by bit some cds wont transfer over but im not goin to have a hissy fit about that

and i also did the dishes id forgotten id done them till just now and now i want to go in the kitchen to double check its as clean and tidy as i remember it lol cant quite believe it
