Threat of admission

I had a visit with my cpn and when discussing my mental health (I sh pretty bad twice in 6 weeks) she said she was worried I’m heading for another admission which has freaked me out, there is no way I’m going back to a unit and tbh my thoughts are just if I do do it again (I have no intention to) I just won’t get any help I might need
Panicking, any help or thoughts?
Sophie

Is it worth asking what your CPN and team need from you in order to not be admitted? Not getting help if you need it definitely isn't a good idea and maybe if you explain to them that that fear might put you off getting help in an emergency, they can make it more clear what their expectations and goals are for you.

Harm management can be done safely and effectively without total abstinence required but it definitely does require cooperation from both your team and you.

You can't always keep it separate.
This is happening, this is part of you.
