I just tried Oatly and found it chalky.

I didn't know you had Califia Farms there! I really enjoy it! My favorite to use is one of their almond milk creamers for my coffee tea!

Califia Almond Mocha Cold Brew is one of my favourite things to drink.
(I shouldn't drink coffee, but shhh it's fine)

We don't get the creamers (as far as I know) in the UK, but I'd love to try them if they ever make their way over here.

Oh, that's super disappointing. I hope they decide to have them there eventually. I actually order a shelf stable one online through my grocery store so I order six or seven at a time and get free shipping. They have refrigerated ones which are the same, but smaller containers, so it actually works out cheaper to get the shelf stable. I like the hazelnut one the best!

I like their blonde roast cold brew. I dislike the mocha ones. I dislike chocolate and coffee together in general so it isn't just them. If I can't find their blonde roast cold brew I usually get a different brand of blonde roast or get their normal unsweetened one. I find the plain unsweetened cold brews in general are a little bit bitter, where the blonde roast isn't bitter.

I made a lentil vegetable soup in my instant pot earlier in the week! I kind of messed up and made WAY too much soup though. I gave a bunch to my mom and froze some too. I think I will have to make some changes next time I make it, but it seems nice! I now have three things I can make in my instant pot so I think I will rotate between the three each week or so.

Great that your instant pot is going well!

Alas I don't drink coffee so cannot partake in the other discussions but I shall offer that I finally managed to semi-successfully make gluten-free vegan brownies o_O

Brownies sound delicious! I love when things are gluten free too. I think I must have some type of gluten sensitivity. I can handle a little bit but too much makes me really sick.

I had the vegan pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks with vegan whipped cream on top this morning. As someone who doesn’t normally like spicy drinks I quite enjoyed it. And the whipped cream was 10/10

Thoughts and prayers Camden!

I'll join you in the rage though as I don't think my M&S has the marshmallows tamo mentioned D= Or at least, my research says they're not a brand new offering and I've searched that shop pretty extensively for vegan products and I've never seen them. It also doesn't stock the bake at home salted caramel vegan and gluten free cookies which is rude.

WHILE WE'RE AT IT. M&S head office didn't make Percy Pigs vegan even after I wrote them a letter so that's pretty rude too.

Just had an excellent sausage roll.

Will report back with the name of the brand once I remember it.

trying to be funny with naming i guess?

Found out a local pizza place now does a vegan pizza, so I had one delivered. It's nice, despite the fact that I hate their pizza sauce (and even did when I was a kid so good to know that's not changed lol). You'd definitely not look at that and go, oh that's real cheese. So I know it's safe. I'd probably get it again.

They also had a gluten free crust but it was cauliflower so decided against it.
