Defibrillator shocks and pain

Hi all! I'm new around here.

I joined mainly to ask this question but first let me tell you about my medical history. I had 2 cardiac arrests last year with unknown cause, while I was exercising, and unfortunately I'm not very knowledgeable on the heart or much about my arrests so please do help.

About a month ago now I was taken into hospital with an irregular heart rhythm, I really can't remember the name unfortunately, and needed to be cardioverted. The doctors attached defib pads to my chest and it took 3 shocks I think they said. Ever since leaving hospital I have felt a really tight feeling in my chest and a bit of pain. It's just like the shocks have worn me out and have taken my energy? I don't know if that's possible but if anybody has some advice or some knowledge on my arrests to share with me please let me know

I think that you should consult a doctor about this as it's too specialised for this forum.
