I meant to write here yesterday that I did ALL the baking for my grandma's WI bake sale tomorrow. And also I didn't cut today despite being mega triggered.

Sarah, what are wonky donkies?? (#still learning Sarah-speak)
From yesterday (as it's only 9.30am here!)
- had fro yo
- went on a lovely boat tour
- visited the 9-11 tribute centre, which isn't really a 'positive' thing as such, but I thought it was really well done and was very informative

Managed to speak to my family in a spirit of calm and make them think they were getting their way while keeping it on my terms without being triggered.
I managed to get through my case notes without the mental fog closing in and strangely finding support from employers in my time of grief.
Must include- just found out that I do not have to catch a bus today!!

From yesterday:
- went to a zoo which is free on Wednesdays!
- fed goats and donkeys and things that were probably llamas
- strangers helped us find the very well hidden bus stop so we were able to get to the zoo in the first place

In the New Forest donkies are free to roam wherever they like, which means at times they end up in rather obscure situations. For example, in the middle of the road. We decided these were 'wonky' situations as it has the added bonus of rhyming with donkey, so hence wonkie donkies!
NB Learning Sarah-speak is a life long journey!
In other news, my positives for the day:
1. I went into town with Mum.
2. I bought a new hoover.
- I am having pizza
- My cat is sat on one side of me and Lovely Wife is on the other
- I had a rubbish day with regards self-harm which is NOT a positive, but the staff that dealt with me were all super lovely
- I'm committing to stopping self-harm still
- I rang my therapist after struggling for a long time and she really helped me calm down and think rationally
- I haven't ODed despite strong urges (I'm struggling with positive things at the moment so this is the best I can do..)

3. I organised my tic tac collection and added my new boxes =D
Hannah, I'm sorry you're struggling so much- could you create a positive for yourself by watching something you enjoy or cooking your favourite meal/making your favourite hot drink? And now I've written that I feel a sudden urge to make myself hot chocolate!

i went to the book store and found a GED book to buy on tuesday
and now i'm going to kik my girlfriend and tell her about it and ask her about her day <3
