The crisis team called for 2 minutes and 22 seconds.
Now I'm crying.
I wanted to tell them that the voices and the TV are telling me to let all my blood out. But they didn't give me a chance. It was obvious that they just wanted me off the phone.
My razors are all in the safe so I can't do anything anyway.
I would go out and buy more but really can't be bothered to get dressed today. So I guess I'm safe.

When do you next have contact with people other than the crisis team? Maybe you could work together to figure out what sort of support you want/need from crisis etc (like you being in control of the phone call so they don't fob you off).

Tomorrow. But I can't wait that long. Things are just getting worse and worse.
I text shout. They told me to call 111. I called 111 and they just kept asking me over and over again what I could do to help myself and I kept telling them that I don't know and that's why I called but they weren't listening to I hung up.
I don't know what else I can do.
I'm sitting here with something sharp and I don't know what to do

The crisis team called a member of the crisis team who was off duty but only lives 2 miles away. He turned up. Luckily I've known him for years so it's not a stranger.
He's just gone out to call the office. I don't know why

He said he can't take all my sharp items but he has left now. I think he said he will call the police but I'm not sure.

He put the sharp item away. I haven't got it back out yet.

Apparently over the years that he's known me I have a reputation of being high risk.
I'm quite disappointed in myself for that.

It really sucks when people/services think things of you that don't feel good. I wish I knew what to say. I'm really sorry you are struggling so much right now.
