Subflower lanyards

I’m going to London in a couple of weeks (still allowed to travel here, just have to quarantine when I come back to Scotland) and I’m exempt from wearing a face mask because I’m autistic. I have a sunflower lanyard for here, I wear it round shops and things and its recognised as “ok shes exempt”. Is this the case in England, or will I have to wear a face mask?

South east England here. Whenever I see someone with a sunflower lanyard, I know exactly what it means - and if somebody isn't wearing a mask and has one of those on, I think it's fairly universally accepted that they have good reason. You should be ok, but would it be worth popping a little card on the end of the lanyard with a brief explanation, just for your own peace of mind?

Apparently there's a card you can carry with you as well. Not sure where you get it from though.
