Relapse signatures?
Could do with some wise words. If in the wrong place feel free to move.
I'm showing some signs of relapsing??, due to stress. I am feeling like I'm being watched and sometimes followed. I was on the bus the other day and was convinced because there was a man with 2 cameras but then I can rationalise this right now and say it's unlikely but then I spent time crying today because I felt certain and then there was a van outside and I thought it was the people who are supposedly following me. I took some PRN but It's making me so anxious. I was going to call my CPN today but didn't pluck up the courage because it is not that bad. I go from feeling relieved that it cannot be true because of something or another and then feeling so certain because things add up.
Anyway, I see her on Friday. I am worried to talk about it in case I make the fear worse/am overreacting/sound silly. I don't want to waste time.

I actually think that telling your CPN would make you look mature and that you are taking responsibility for your well-being.
It is always so much easier to prevent things from escalating than to wait until it's 'bad enough' to need intervention.

Hey, this sounds really frightening! Even if it passes it's a lot to be feeling and you've done really well picking up on it being an early warning sign. Noticing and acting on those is so important where we can do it. Did you get to talk to your CPN about it?
Your doing the right thing noticing and getting support xx

Hi, hope you're doing okay, definitely reach out to your CPN. if you're feeling anxious about putting your feelings into words how about just say exactly that. Say you've been feeling anxious and thinking about talking to them but you've been hesitating because you're not sure where your head/feelings/mood is at and how to start.
hopefully they can help you from then by leading you a bit and also maybe once the stress of approaching is gone maybe you'll feel more in control. Xx
