Yesterday:
- waking up at a sensible time and feeling awake
- saw my colleagues and then my parents and enjoyed myself
- finding out that you can recycle crisp packets at Sainsbury’s
- excellent and highly quotable zoom call
- watching two episodes of Silent Witness =D

- Woke up at 3am and tidied my room. It is now no longer an assault course and could be classed as “socially acceptable mess”
- Lots of cold baths
- Productive therapy session
- Sent off volunteer application form
- Found a dress that doesn’t itch
- Starbucks
- Booked tickets for summer adventures!
