Go for it! I used to have takeaway pizza from my favourite place as a reward, initially for every month free, but then it went to every year free. But that's just me, you could choose anything :) I think it's important to celebrate that every day for 366 days you fought and won against the self harm urges.

Thanks �� i used the link on page two of this thread and followed that have also made one for a family member. Theirs is an in recovery one . Yes i remember the bracelets and the shop sadly damn cat clothing no longer exists i tried looking online but no its all semi colons n that now maybe i should move with the times lol . Today is ok apart from me being really tired and not taking my morning meds until half two three ish this afternoon whoops. And i have finally seen one of my siblings i hadnt seen in three years finally seen them yesterday and will be again soon xxx very pleased about that xx thanks for offer of support and for posting links on what the bracelet s looked like still miss ryls shop sadly i was a teenager with no money when the shop and ryl generally was alive n kicking im thirty later this year !!
