- I was able to phone student support without too much panicking.
- I met up with a friend and we went for a walk in the sunshine.
- I had a shopping spree in Toys R us like the 25 year old child I am :)

- two of my school friends have been texting me consistently all evening and been helpful with helping me through the eve.
- I completed day 3 of work.
- I did stop bingeing. so I don't think I binged actual binge like quantities.

1. I did some baking with Mum and we had a lot of fun.
2. I hoovered my bedroom (at my Mum's house) and got rid of all the dust bunnies. It was very satisfying.

From yesterday:
-My year 7s said they wanted me to teach them next year (though one did stipulate that they only wanted me as long as I'm fun!).
-One member of staff at the hospital went above the call of duty to be helpful when she absolutely did not have to.

2. The book I reserved at the library arrived so I was able to pick it up and I am looking forward to reading it.

- I went to the support group despite feeling terrible and they were lovely
- I'm currently watching The Pacifier which is one of my favourite films
Edit: Also my therapist gave me a little cuddly dog named Opal to keep me safe which is so lovely of her and it's helped me ground myself a little.
