- The school canteen allowed me to combine the food they had on offer yesterday to create pasta with cheese which is yummy
- it was nice to see my friends from work after we'd all been away for a week

- I have lovely friends
- My hamster popped out to say hello when I felt sad

My head of department is excellent. Like I've thought this for a while, but was reminded of it today and feel lucky to have such a nice boss!

Post card from the Js made a nice end to a really difficult day.

I took my Mum out for coffee & cake for her birthday. I also made her a birthday cake & attended her tea-party, despite not feeling 100% :)

I went swimming.

I didn't run screaming out of the exam hall despite being sorely tempted.

My course is now over until October.

-got J up for work
-working up to eating something here eventually

3. Spent the evening doing cryptic crosswords with my Mum, we had a laugh.

4. Mum told me my niece has got her cast taken off so she can go swimming again.

Oh yay, glad you got it! Sorry you had a difficult day though.

Some of my friends and I left school during lunchtime to get food from a café and even thought it was pretty bad it was better than what they serve at school and it was nice to get out of school for a bit!

Going out for dinner tonight then seeing Pitch Perfect 2 again =D
