I'm meant to be going back to work soon. I have been off for a month... And currently I am going back to work with nothing in my toolkit to help when things get rocky again
I'm in hospital for a od and wanting to discharge myself. The high boss nurse in charge said that I can't discharge myself as I need to sort my physical health out and if I tried the doctors will stop me. Eventhough I have capacity!!
At least in the US, they can argue that not taking care of your physical health counts as lacking capacity and force a section/hold. I've had that happen to me. I would guess there is similar they can do in the UK too.
