It's World Kindness Day!
Does anyone need a bit of kindness today? I posted this in GSA in case people want to post about something about what they're going through that wouldn't fit in general. Is anyone doing something kind today? What kindness can I offer you? I'm sending out letters if anyone wants one but it might take a little while because my brain isn't behaving very well.

You are a very kind person Lindsay because you take time to reply to people's posts especially when they need advice.
Me? I have texted/WhatsApp my friends saying that they're kind to me. I haven't had the opportunity to be kind to people today as I haven't seen anyone other than that.

Thanks for those words, Dawn.
I bet your friends appreciated the messages.
I've got some letters to write but the one kind thing I did today was have some lunch ready for my CPN when he came to my house because I knew the things he was doing before would have left him with no time for lunch.

No problem Lindsay.
The only other thing i did was move the wheelie bin that belongs to my neighbour to the collection point as it's ordinary bin day tomorrow. She is nice to me so i thought I would do it. The other neighbours wheelie bin was too heavy as it was overflowing.
