Hi, my name is Rebecca, I have posted in a forum in my life let alone joined one like this. I don't really know what to say. I just feel incredibly alone and I saw this site mentioned whilst looking for safe ways to self harm. I've always hit myself but now it's turned to cutting. I think I'm allowed to say that?
I have BPD (borderline personality disorder) I am finding it particularly hard to cope of recent times.
I'm not sure what this will do to help but I've kinda run out of options.
I think that's what an introduction is on here?

I too have BPD, as do many others on here, so you're not alone! In the mental health support forum there is a thread for discussion of all things BPD which you may find helpful.
