I have been out. Went past the castle where they're filming I am a celebrity. Nothing to see though except coming back you could see all the lights. Didnt see Ant and Dec. Though the nearest McDonald's there was a queue to get in. We reckoned it was the crew having their tea before arriving at the site.

I got my head buried nhs evidence / nice guidelines at the moment for an assignment but on a plus side at least I am not the corporate network at uni or nhs/ss and I am using a lovely MacBook and not crappy windows product. (pass me sick bucket ASAP)

I know what it's like to want to die. How it hurts to smile. How you try to fit in but you can't. How you hurt yourself on the outside to try to kill the thing on the inside. I tried groups, didn't work out just made my depression a lot worse.
Ask them if you stay in voluntary, rather than consider sectiioning unless they feel you danger to yourself or others.

I am ok thanks. I got Lorraine's Christmas present today (2 bottles of local lager) so that's one weight off my mind. Just gotta find an suitable box now and some bubble wrap.
