I'm currently reading get me out of here by rachel reiland
Its her autobiography about her recovery from borderline personality disorder and is quite moving but also an inspiration.
I'm reading 'Blood Ties' by Sam Hayes. Nearly finished. It's quite good.
I want to read something different next, something more challenging maybe but I don't know whattt.
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. I like it. I got it in May (ha!) and I'm just finishing it now. I'm going to try The Electric Kool Aid Acid Test, next. But I can't get into that one.
I must say, after a while this book was really good. I like it.
Let's put a smile on that face
We are not alone
Find out when your cover's blown
There'll be somebody there to break your fall
We are not alone
'Cause when you cut down to the bone
We're really not so different after all
I started The Unlikely Disciple: A Sinner's Semester at America's Holiest University last week. I really like it so far. In a nutshell: A Brown student spends a semester at Liberty University, a hardcore evangelical school. It's pretty interesting to look at it from the perspective of a total outsider.
And is the film any good? I've been toying with the idea of watching it, but considering the amount of hole-picking I've done just from looking at the DVD cover, I'm not sure. LOL.
the film is awful. beyond awful. i fell asleep in the cinema and i wasn't even drunk.
The sequal to trust me im a junior doctor. Both are hilarious autobiography'a about his times/experiences as a junior doctor. Both well worth a read. Although the second bbok might be trigering as hes training as a psychatrist and well involves/metions a lot of mental illness.
After all this has passed, i still will remain
After i've cried my last, there'll be beauty from pain
