well I've sent emails to all the unis explaining, and going to call them on Monday too. I kind of assumed that after the deadline you wouldn't be able to log in to the UCAS application thing anymore possibly a bad/wrong assuption, but meh, I hate things being late lol.
When I applied in 08, if you missed the deadline you went into clearing, but i think there is another thing inbetween clearing and applying called UCAS extra? I'm not sure though.
I'm got my first interview tomorrow at birmingham and I am bricking it. So, so bad at talking to people I've never met before and even worse at convincing them I'm a smart, interesting, creative person. D:

I got an unconditional to my first choice of university and course today! I'm so, so pleased. I was positive I wasn't even going to be given a second glance.

Well, it's totally different here in the states, but I'm getting ready to send my intent to enroll at Indiana University. I've got my master plan all set up: double major in physics and political science, and take Arabic, get the CIA to pay for my education (as they do if you take Arabic), and then transfer somewhere far far away. I'm thinking Wisconsin, Minnesota, or North Carolina.
I'm not allowed to start my degree because apparently people are worried that it'll be too much when I'm just trying to cope with college & the level that it is at the moment. Along with not being well. :( Which is nice that people are looking out for me but I'm pretty gutted. Will try again at a later date, maybe take the time to think about what I really want to do & stuff.
I'm not quite sure how acceptences go outside of the US, but I goot into my top 3 universities of choice :) From reading this, it sounds like things elsewhere are more complicated. O.o At least from my standpoint. I planned on going to Northern Michigan, but at this point, I'm leaning moreso towards Western Michigan University.
