These aren't achievements, just nice things:

- my boyfriend got a job and starts tomorrow (this is huge. Also is an achievement, just not mine lol).
- got some funky soup bowls, an infuser teapot and a satchel in charity shops.
- have kept house clean, taken meds and got up at a reasonable time for a whole week now.

Was honest with the doctor about how things are.
Saw my cousins which is always nice.
Got an email from uni disability services about support I'll receive.
Saw three people I used to work with! Had a good catch up.

Yesterday we finally got our boiler fixed and have hot water after over 3 weeks without it.

- managed to look up voluntary work with a view to applying soon.
- went to the art community again and really enjoyed it.
- had an apple, yoghurt and lime tea.

- went for a coffee with my support worker even though I felt really ill
- picked up my prescription even though my anxiety was horrendous while i was waiting - I stayed and fought it and (thank god) didn't pass out infront of everyone
- walked the dogs twice and was friendly towards the workmen even though I was scared
- sewed some of my quilt

Brushed my teeth twice
No caffeine for over 24 hours and no money spent
And arranged to get out of the house tomorrow

Visited friends and got lost in a computer game for about 6 hours (until dawn, it's amazing!)
Went to see the illuminations in Blackpool and had a catch up with another friend :)
