I know, they are so inconsiderate and ignorant :( I hope things look up for you! I do know people like that who take the benefit system for a ride, this one guy I lived with once did nothing to look for work at all, and he sat on World of Warcraft all day and night haha!

what you want to do is hide something that'll spoil in her room. preferably something that smells when it spoils.
a tiny bottle of milk is good. hide it under her bed or something and leave the lid off. after a few days...
