We will (eventually when RYL has the funds!) be purchasing the chat server software and hosting it on our own equipment down in London - then we won't have to rely on these muppets for their useless chat hosting!

Clearly the absence of chat makes quite a few people unstable. Maybe we should just send them a link to this thread - they'll be so sympathetic we'll have it up and running by... tomorrow.

I am about to send another, even less polite email their way - as I am still email less.
One I get this email back, what I have to do will take less than an hour. We are so close to being there - but until they get back to me I can do nothing!
