Chapter 181 Friday afternoon Gerard, Frank and Jaidon arrived at Hotel Bella Muerte. Frank smiled as he looked up at the hotel. He loved this place – he didn’t know why but he did.
"Come on lets go to our room" said Gerard carrying the luggage as Frank held a squirming baby in his arms.
"You have the keys to the hotel room already?" asked Frank looking at Franks surprised.
Gerard giggled "damn right, I don’t waste any time"
Frank raised an eyebrow and followed Gerard to the elevator. "Right, floor number 19" said Gerard as he looked on the paper with the room information on.
"Gee? This elevator only goes upto ten" said Frank pointing at the buttons.
"Oh" said Gerard frowning and looking at the paper again. "My bad, I meant floor 9"
Frank cracked a smile and pressed the button and the lift took them to their floor. Their room was quick as easy to find as it was right by the lift. Gerard looked at Frank and smiled before opening the door. Frank stepped inside and was in awe. This room was amazing. He decided this weekend was going to be amazing.
Back home Mikey was crashed at the Kaulitz household with Hannah using him as a human pillow.
"Han?" he said lifting his head up from the sofa.
"Mm?" said Hannah tilting her head back to listen to him but keeping her eyes on the tv screen.
"I have to move some time.. I need to pee!"
"NO! you’re a good pillow. Its stopped my back hurting" said Hannah still not taking her eyes off the moving images on the screen.
"But I need to pee" moaned Mikey attempting to get up.
Hannah spun her head round and frowned. "So you’d rather let your finacee, who is carrying your baby, suffer? Just for a pee?" said Hannah looking directly into Mikeys eyes.
Mikey moaned and flopped his head back down. He hated pregnant people.
A few minutes later Bill and Amy came down the stairs hand in hand. "What you two doing up?" said Amy indicating towards the clock which read 8am.
"We couldn’t sleep, thanks to you two!" said Mikey shooting them a glare.
Amy giggled and blushed.
While Bill just stood their smiling. "We were just getting revenge since you kept us up with the previous night"
"We so weren’t that loud" said Mikey sitting up.
"OHH HANNAHHHH" said Bill mimicking Mikey.
Mikey scowled and got up heading towards the kitchen.
"OMGGG" said Bill making his voice go really high pitched. He squealed as he was Mikey heading straight for him and he bombed it up stairs, closely followed by the younger Way shouting obscienties.
"Men!" Amy giggled sitting next to Hannah.
"I lost my pillow" pouted Hannah.

Chapter 182
Frank and Gerard finally made it into their hotel room. It didn’t start out as relaxing as they’d hoped. Jaidon wouldn’t settle at all no matter what Gerard tried, it didn’t work, he just howled even louder. Frank walked over and took the screaming baby from his arms and Jaidon started to calm down almost instantly.
“Hey! Why doesn’t he scream at you?”
“He loves me more.”
“What? That’s not fair. He’s not allowed to have favourites yet!” Pouted Gerard
“Gee when are you and Mikey and Tom gonna learn that you can’t pout. It just doesn’t work for you.”
“Fine. I want Jaidon now. He’s stopped crying and I was holding him first anyway.”
Frank handed the squirming baby back to him and a few seconds later he whimpered and started screaming again.
“See? He doesn’t love you.” Grinned Frank, taking the baby back from him and of course he stopped crying once more.
“Awww you like me better than grumpy daddy don’t you.” He said in a mushy voice as he cuddled his son.
“Pfft I am not grumpy. I laugh lots actually.” Said Gerard dropping down onto the bed.
Frank laughed and continued to cuddle his son, when he felt his phone vibrate in his pocket.
“Here Gee, take Jaidon, I need to answer my phone.”
Gerard took the baby in his arms once more and smirked at Frank when he didn’t start screaming and bawling. Frank gave him a funny look and walked out onto the balcony of their room. It wasn’t very big but it would give him some privacy whilst he was on the phone. He answered it and held it up to his ear,
“Hello?”
“Hello is that Mr Iero?” “Yes it is?” Said Frank nervously. This person sounded important. “I understand you came into the surgery for a pregnancy test yesterday afternoon..”
“Yeah I did. Why is something wrong?” He asked panicking slightly. If it was more bad news then surely that would be it for him and Gerard. “Well, I’m afraid there was a mix up with the results yesterday and you were given the wrong result.”
“What? So I’m…I’m not pregnant then?” “No I’m afraid not. I’m extremely sorry. We’re taking action to make sure nothing like this happens again.”
“Right, well um….thanks for letting me know.” “Ok Mr Iero, once again, I’m extremely sorry for any trouble this may have caused you.”
“Okay, thank you. Goodbye.”
Frank put his phone back in his pocket and looked out at the view, smiling to himself. Maybe things would be ok after all. He leant up off the rail and made his way back inside. He stopped and watched the scene before him. Gerard holding Jaidon in his arms and bouncing him gently on his knee.
“Gee if that makes him sick then you’re cleaning it up.”
“He loves me. He wouldn’t be sick on me, would you?” He asked looking the baby in his eyes. In response Jaidon coughed and threw up down Gerards hoodie.
“Ewwww! FRANK! It’s not funny!” Gerard got up off the bed, “You can clean him up while I go and sort myself out.”
Frank giggled and took Jaidon in his arms and started to change him. Gerard came out of the bathroom in clean clothes just as Frank was laying Jaidon down to sleep.
“Y’know Frankie, I’ve been thinking and I know I said I didn’t want to talk about it while we were away but I need to say something.”
Frank turned to look at his fiancée nervously, “What is it?”
“Well…….I thought about us and then I thought about you being pregnant and…..”
“For gods sake Gee just say it already!”
“Well I thought that maybe it wouldn’t be such a bad thing if we had another one just maybe.”
“Gee I….”
“And it would be nice for Jaidon to have a little brother or sister to play with and keep him company. Especially when we start all this band stuff and..”
“GEE!”
“Stop interrupting. I’m talking and it’s important. Anyway, I just think it would be perfect having two kids and then maybe more.” Gerard trailed off looking slightly embarrassed.
“Gee listen to me for two seconds please?”
Gerard looked surprised but nodded in response and let Frank continue,
“What you said, it’s lovely and everything and I’m really happy you came around to the idea, but that was the doctors on the phone earlier. There was a mix-up with the results. I’m not pregnant.”
“What?” Asked Gerard looking shocked.
“I’m not pregnant Gee. It was a mistake.” Said Frank walking over and wrapping his arms around him.
“Oh.” Said Gee, his face falling slightly, “I was starting to look forward to it too.”
“Sorry Gee.”
“Frankie?”
“Yeah Gee?” Asked Gerard looking up at his fiancée.
“Does that mean we can try for another one?”
Chapter 183 "Are you suggesting something Mr Way?" asked Frank raising an eyebrow.
"Would never dream of such a thing" smiled Gerard as he leaned in and planted a gentle kiss onto Franks soft lips.
Frank slipped his arms around Gerards neck as he deepened the kiss. Gerard smiled into the kiss as he wrapped his hands around Franks waist before making there way back to the front and attacking Franks belt buckle. Franks mouth attached its self to Gerards neck, he was determined to leave a mark, whilst his hands found there way to Gerards trousers. Within minutes Frank was lying on the bed naked and Gerard was onto of him, still clad in his boxers that had become too tight for him. Frank moaned as Gerard purposely moved his leg along Franks erection as Gerard attached himself to Franks neck, he wanted to leave a mark too – it was only fair.
Frank pulled Gerard back up and pulled him towards his face and their lips crashed together. Even though they had been together a long time now, the sparks still flew when they kissed and they both got the warm feeling and the butterflies in their stomach.
Gerards hand caressed Franks body as it made its way down to his growing member and gripped it tightly and started moving up and down. Franks hips buckled an he moaned into the kiss. Only Gerard could make him feel like this, feel this good. Ring Ring Frank broke off the kiss and looked over towards the phone. He had to be imagining it. Ring Ring "You cannot be serious" thought Frank as he let out a fustrated sigh. "Ill get it" said Gerard climbing off Frank.
Frank pouted "No, let it ring"
"It might be something important" said Gerard as he walked over to his phone and answered it.
"Hello?" "Gee, its Bill" "Hey Bill what’s up?" "Somethings happened, me and Amy were driving back from the scan and we went past your house and well…" "Whats happened?" asked Gerard, he was getting worried now. "Someones broke in, feds are there now, Mikeys talking with them and checking whats been taken" "Ok any suspects?" asked Gerard reaching for his t-shirt. Frank looked over raising an eyebrow, he didn’t know what was going on because he couldn’t hear the conversation. But whatever it was had to be important because It didn’t look like Gerard was coming back and he was lying there looking like a tent pole. "Nah not yet, checking the local area though" said Bill.
"Okay much damage?" "Dunno looks like an inside job" "Do you think its best we come back?" "Upto you dude" "Okay thanks Bill. Speak to you soon" "Laters" Gerard hung up the phone and went back into Frank.
"bout bloody time" said Frank impatiently crossing his arms but all he got was the clothes he had been wearing in the face.
"Frank get dressed, we’ve got to go home"
Frank sent a death glare to his fiancée "what about me?" he said, indicating to his giant erection.
Gerard just laughed and pulled on a pair of trousers and walked into a different part of the hotel room.
"Fcuker" mumbled Frank as he climbed off the bed. He’d have to take care of this himself.

Chapter 184
Gerard wandered back into the bedroom of their hotel room, carrying a squirming Jaidon in his arms, just in time to see a still naked Frank, emerge from the bathroom.
“Frank! We’re supposed to be leaving now!”
“Well I had to take care of something since you left me!”
“We haven’t got time to **** around Frank, get dressed.”
“Don’t I know it. If we’d had time to ‘**** around’ I wouldn’t have had to take care of things myself would I?”
Gerard glared at him and then when he was dressed, they gathered the rest of their things together and made their way down to the car.
They were speeding along the freeway. Frank kept shooting glares at Gerard and then staring out of the window.
“Frank, if I had the choice, we wouldn’t be leaving, but it’s important. We need to get back as soon as possible.”
“Why, you still haven’t told me what’s wrong. Is one of the girls having a baby or something?”
“No.”
Gerard took a quick glance at Frank. I knew it was going to upset him.
“Frankie, the house has been broken into.”
Franks jaw dropped as he looked back,
“What? What d’you mean? What did they take?”
“I don’t know yet Frankie. Bill, Amy, Hannah and Mikey are there iwht the feds at the moment. From what Bill was saying, it looks like an inside job. We’ll know more when we get there.”
Frank stared back out of the window, tears prickling his eyes. Gerard noticed and reached across with one hand to stroke the side of his face.
“C’mon Frankie, it’ll be ok.”
“But why Gee? Why does **** have to happen to us all the time. Why can’t it happen to someone else for once.”
“Don’t say that Frankie. What if something happened to one of the others, it wouldn’t be fair either.”
“I know but….”
Frank trailed off. Gerard had a point. There was no point getting worked up right now when they didn’t have much to go on.
Another half hour of silent driving, they finally got onto the road into New Jersey. Gerard drove up in front of their house, he couldn’t get onto the drive since the feds were still there. They both got out, Frank got Jaidon out of the car seat and they made their way inside. The house was pretty messed up and the other four were sitting in the lounge with two of the feds. They all looked up as Gerard and Frank entered the room. They both sat down while they were filled in on everything so far. The officer doing the talking turned to Gerard and Frank,
“Well I need to ask you a few questions, just to help with the investigation.”
“Of course, anything you think will help.” Said Gerard eagerly.
“Right, well it looks like an inside job. The suspects seem to be after something in particular. Do you know anyone who may have a grudge against you or your family?”
The colour drained from Gerards face at the question. He turned to the others in the group. If he wasn’t careful, he could give everything away
Chapter 185 "Umm.. no, not that I can think of" said Gerard, looking at his friends. They saw the look in his eye. They knew not to say anything.
"Okay, well thank you. We’re checking the CCTV in the area and we’ll let you know more when we know more" said the fed getting up.
Gerard nodded and stood up shaking the cops hand before letting him out.
Gerard walked back in the room to see Frank with tears down his face and the girls comforting him.
"Frankie, theres no need to get upset" he said as he crouched down infront of his fiancée. "Look, why don’t you go to bed and ill clear up ok?"
Frank nodded and got up taking Jaidon with him. "Night" he said to everyone and made his way upstairs.
"Want any help clearing up Gee?" said Bill getting up from his place on the couch.
"Yeh if you don’t mind" said Gerard as he started to pick things up off the floor. Bill and Mikey got up and helped put things back in their places. Amy and Hannah wanted to help but the boys insisted they shouldn’t especially in their condition.
"Why didn’t you tell the feds about max?" asked Mikey as he picked up a few pictures and placed them back on the wall.
"Yeh that’s a right idea, yeh we killed this guy because we’re vampires and now his friend hates us, yeh Mikey that’ll be a good story" said Gerard as he placed some magazines back under the coffee table.
"Sorry" said Mikey.
"Look I'm sorry, I didn’t mean to snap, its just that me and Frank wanted to get away but we had barely been gone a few hours and then this happens" said Gerard. Frank was right, why did all this **** always happen to them?
Frank was upstairs, he hadnt gone to bed. He was sitting in the chair in Jaidons room watching his son sleep. "Daddys here okay? Everythings going to be okay." He smiled as Jaidon tighten his grip on Franks finger. Franks mind flickered back to what Gerard has said about having another baby. Were they ready for that, Jaidon was barely a few months old and they were already talking about having another one. But truth be told, Frank missed being pregnant, he loved the way it had felt and he did want a brother or sister for Jaidon to play with. "JayJay would you like a baby brother or sister?" Frank asked his son. He smiled as he saw Jaidon sigh in his sleep, a look of content on his face. "I take that as a yes then" Frank smiled "I do too"

Chapter 186
The rest of the group decided to stay over at Frank and Gerards, just to be there for them if they needed anything. Bill and Mikey went and got any stuff they’d need and came straight back. Gerard wasn’t very sociable. Obviously not after everything had happened. Mikey and Bill sat down next to their girlfriends. They really needed to sort the whole thing out,
“What if it is them Gee? What if they’re trying to get revenge for Max or something. They’ll know you’ve come back.”
“I really don’t want to think about it roght now. I’m more bothered about the fact the house is trashed and we’ve had to cut our holiday short. Seriously though, I don’t know how much more **** Franks gonna take.”
“That’s what I mean. Look why don’t we stay here tonight and then you come back home for a few days, just til things settle down again?” Asked Mikey gently. He didn’t know how Gerard would react to his suggestion.
Gerard looked over at the two couples.
“Are you sure? I mean you four have enough to be getting ready for, without having to worry about me Frank and Jaidon too.”
“That’s what we’re here for.” Smiled Bill
Gerard got up and hugged the four of them. That’s why he loved them so much. It didn’t matter what was going on or how bad things got, they were always there for each other. He said goodnight to the two couples and headed off upstairs to Frank. He found him in Jaidons room watching him sleep.
“Hey Frankie, you ok?”
Frank looked up sadly, but nodded.
“Look, the others suggested we stay here for tonight, then go back home for a few days. At least until things settle down. It’ll be safer anyway instead of it being just you and me.”
Frank got up and followed him out of the room and into their own. They got undressed for bed and cuddled up together. Neither of them were in the mood now, not after the day they’d had.
“Gee?”
“Hmmm?”
“What if they do come back and we’re here or something? What if they hurt Jaidon, or you or they hurt one of the others?”
“Frankie, we’ll be fine. We’re vampires they’re not. They can’t really do anything to us.”
“But they could hurt Jaidon.”
“They won’t. I won’t let anything happen to any of you.”
They both lay back down and Gerard held Frank in his arms and watched him drift off to sleep. He watched him sleep for at least an hour, stroking his hair and the side of his face gently. He hated to see Frank so hurt and scared. It reminded him of that time when Franks father had attacked him. He just wanted to take all the hurtful things away, for them to be happy and not have to worry about things. That’s partly why he wanted the band so much. If they made it big they’d have money, they’d always be on the move so they wouldn’t have to worry about things and perhaps, just maybe, their music could help people. He laughed quietly to himself, before sliding out of bed carefully. Frank stirred slightly but didn’t wake.
Gerard climbed through his sons window and out onto the roof. He watched the streets below, looking for any sign of life. He saw a small group of people headed towards the house, well along the street anyway. Gerard didn’t take his eyes off them. He had a funny feeling about this group of people and one in particular, the one right at the front of the group. He leant down so that he was in shadow and couldn’t be seen and watched them intently as they started up the driveway. Quickly he raced down off the roof and back through the house.
Frank awoke with a start. He didn’t realise what woke him straight away. Gerard wasn’t next to him like he had been. He sat up and rubbed his eyes, getting used to the dark. As he slid carefully out of bed to check on Jaidon, he heard a loud crash downstairs….
Chapter 187 Gerard ran into their bedroom just in time to see Frank getting up.
"Frank, get Jaidon and stay in here" said Gerard as he quickly grabbed a t-shirt.
"Whats going on?" asked Frank, he was very confused
"Ill tell you later, I'm gonna send the girls up okay? Just stay here" said Gerard running out the room and walking down the stairs. He could hear voices in the kitchen. Voices that didn’t belong to any of his friends.
He reached the bottom on the stairs and found Bill and Mikey standing outside the kitchen door.
"Whats going on?" said Gerard as he reached them.
The boys shrugged "Dunno" said Bill as he tried to listen into the kitchen
"Where are the girls?" asked Gerard looking around
"Living room" said Mikey nodding towards the closed door.
Gerard nodded and headed towards the door and opened it to find the girls curled up together on the couch.
"Hannah, Amy, come upstairs and stay with Frank" he said helping them up and over to the stairs "Don’t come out the room until we say its ok"
the girls nodded and quickly got upstairs.
Gerard walked back towards Bill and Mikey.
"What do you think we should do?" said Mikey looking from his friend to his brother.
"Only one thing we can do" said Gerard taking in a deep breath "Time to fight"
The boys slammed the door opened to find 4 of Maxs friends trashing the kitchen, trashing everything they could find.
Mikey saw one of them going to swing for Bill "Bill, to your left"
Before Mikey could even finish his sentence Bills fist had collided with the guys jaw and had sent him flying to the cold floor with a crash.
Mikey soon had to dive out of the way when one of them tried to swing at them with a chair.
Gerard was more than furious now.
Then he remembered.
He focused all his energy onto the coffee table and slowly it lifted up. The four guys looked with wide eyes as the wooden table rose up off the floor and went flying into them making them trapped.
The three boys took his as their chance and ran over to them on the floor. And one by one sank their teeth into the intruders necks.
The gang leader looked on in terror as his friends were slowly drained of blood, his face going a sickening shade of white.
"Whos taking him" said Bill nodding towards the gang leader who was looking on in pure terror.
"Me" Gerard growled walking over to the terrified teenager who was trying to escape. Slowly Gerard nealt on him, making sure he put extra pressure on his groin. He smirked at the intruder cried out in pain and shrieked when he felt the cold fangs bury deep into his flesh. And soon his whole world went black.

Chapter 188
The three guys stood there looking at the bodies. They needed to get rid of them, somewhere the couldn’t be found. Or at least if they were found, it had to be in such a way that no one would be able to tell how they’d died. Gerard glanced out of the window and had an idea.
“Lets go and makes sure the others are ok, then I’ve got an idea. But I only want us three to know about it ok?”
The other two guys were a bit reluctant to keep secrets from their girlfriends but they could see it was a serious situation so they agreed.
They went upstairs and as soon as they opened the door, Gerard was flattened by Frank throwing himself on him. The only thing stopping the two girls doing the same thing to their boyfriends was the fact their stomachs now got in the way of even cuddling normally.
“Right, we need to go and clean up downstairs. You three stay up here okay?”
“But Gee… I wanna stay with you.”
“No Frankie, we need to sort things out downstairs. We’ll be half hour tops ok?”
Frank nodded reluctantly and went back to sit with the girls who were cuddling Jaidon. The girls had known better than to try and argue with Gerard. Especially when he had his serious face on.
The three guys went back downstairs and picked up the bodies. Gerard managed to take two. He didn’t tell the two guys where they were going and what they were doing until they got out of the house and started off down a back alley.
“Gee, where are we going?”
“West Hudsons Park.”
“Why?”
“I’ll explain when we get there.”
They carried on along the alley and then down two side roads where they wouldn’t be seen, before finally enetering the park. They neared the large pond in the middle and walked up onto the bridge. Gerard set the bodies down on the floor before turning to the other two. They looked back at him anxiously.
“C’mon guys, I mean they pull what, four or five bodies outta this thing every couple of years. It’s not gonna be any different and no one will ever know.”
“Are you sure about this?”
“We having got any other choices, unless the two of you want us to be found out.”
They didn’t argue. Gerard was extremely sensitive about the idea of being found out. Especially after what had happened at school and even more so now he’d changed Frank. They heaved the bodies up and over the bridge and watched as one by one, the slowly sank beneath the water. Gerard looked back at the two and smiled slightly,
“It’s like nothing ever happened. No one will ever need to know.”
They slowly made their way back home. No one said anything, they were all too busy trying to take everything in. They neared the house and Gerard turned to the two other guys again.
“So we agreed then? Not a word to the others? They don’t need the stress. Especially Amy and Hannah.”
“Gee, they’re not gonna tell anyone if we tell them.” Said Bill gently, trying not to aggravate his friend more.
“Yeah, I mean, you wouldn’t like it if Frank or the girls kept something this big from us would you?” Said Mikey nervously.
“We’ve been through this! They don’t need to know okay? All that matters is it’s dealt with and we won’t have to worry about those guys again.”
Mikey and Bill looked at each other, still unhappy about the arrangement. Gerard noticed and lowered his voice to a menacing tone,
“I mean it. Believe me, I’ll know if you tell anyone.”
He gave them a last meaningful glare before heading up the drive to the house.
Chapter 189
It was now the early June. Hannah’s due date was just a few days away and Amys was in 2 weeks. The boys were running around like crazy doing whatever the girls wanted and getting anything the girls needed. Their stomachs were larger than ever and they were finding it painful to walk places and were almost constantly tired and needing the toilet a lot. So they spent a lot of the time lying on Sofas and Beds watching movies and playing games whilst the guys did everything – for the first few days they had quiet enjoyed the guys doing everything but the girls soon got bored of not being able to do anything and had being trying to sneak off out and go for walks but the guys just found them and told them off.
Right now they were lying on the sofa in the Way household flicking through the channels. It was a very warm day and all the windows were open and the air conditioning was on its highest yet the girls still felt it was too warm, the guys on the otherside were shivering and claiming they were going to catch a cold from the house.
Jaidon was now a few months old and was looking more like his parents every day. He was still a handful but was sleeping through the night now, which was good news for Gerard and Frank. They had been trying for another baby – but so far no luck.
In 2 weeks it would also be Amys birthday so the guys were trying to organise something special for that without Amy find out, although she already knew the guys were doing something because well, they failed when it came to keeping secrets.
No-one had found out about the bodies in the pond – Just Bill, Mikey and Gerard knew about them. Bill and Mikey decided it was defiantly a good idea to keep it away from the girls because they didn’t want to stress them but also they didn’t want to be the next victims to be thrown into the pond.
Both the babies rooms had been decorated according to their sex’s and baby stuff had been bought – the girls had had a ball buying everything online, since they weren’t aloud to go shopping at the local mall. They guys about had a heart attack when they saw the van pull up to the houses and start emptying the contents. But then realized that they would actually need all this stuff and soon smiled and helped put everything into the babies rooms.
All 3 babies were right on schedule and the guys kept an eye on everything the girls did and listened to everything that had to say. They were very jumpy aswell, they were expecting the girls to go into labour at any minute, so they had packed the hospital suitcases like the hospital had said and kept them by the front door.
Frank has wished he and Gerard had done that when they were expecting – he decided he would do it when they were expecting the next baby.
Frank was sitting in his room listening to some music thinking about everything. Why hadn’t he been able to get pregnant again? Was it impossible to get pregnant again? Was last time just a fluke?
To be honest – he really did want to get pregnant again, he did enjoy it. He missed it.
Then he remembered, the whole reason why he got pregnant was because of those nicotine patches, ever since he got pregnant he had stopped using them, maybe that’s why he hadn’t been able to get pregnant? He’d have to talk to Gerard and maybe get some more patches.

Chapter 190
The next couple of days seemed to fly by. Everyone was getting stressed and nervous. Frank still wasn’t pregnant either. He and Gerard were sat in there kitchen, Jaidon was having a nap so they were enjoying an hour to themselves.
“Gee, I’ve been thinking about this whole pregnancy thing.”
“You’ve gotta be pregnant soon Frankie, it’s tiring me out.” Laughed Gerard
Frank smiled back before continuing, “Well, last time I got pregnant, I was on those patches remember? And the doctor said it was because of those patches that I got pregnant.”
“Okayyyyy.” Said Gerard uncertainly,
“Well, if that’s what worked last time, maybe that’s what I need this time.”
“But Frank you don’t smoke anymore.”
“I know but it’s worth a try. I mean it can’t hurt to try can it?”
“I suppose not. Those things cost loads though Frank, we can’t keep buying them.”
Frank nodded. Surely they wouldn’t need that many patches for it to work this time. Gerard handed him some money to go and get some.
“What, you’re making me go on my own?”
“I’m tired Frankie and anyway I’m not waking Jaidon up just so we can get patches to get you pregnant again.”
Frank pouted at him and walked out smiling. He made his way into town quickly, with any luck he’d get back before Jaidon woke up and perhaps they’d have time to start giving the patches a try. He made his way into the shop and looked along the isle. He always hated coming here on his own. The person behind the counter always looked at him funny. It was the same one who’d served him for both of his pregnancy tests and sure enough, she was on again today. He found what he was looking for and walked slowly up to the counter. The woman looked him up and down before scanning the item and taking his money. How he hated the way she looked at him. He’d give anything to just grab hold of her and feed right there and then but he used his self control to fight the urges and left the shop quickly. He’d just turned the corner when he ran straight into Mkey.
“**** sorry Mikes! How you doing? How’s the girls?”
“I’m fine. Stressed y’know. The girls are okay. Demanding as ever. Bills stayed with them to make sure they don’t try and sneak out again.”
“Awww I know how they feel though. Hannah’s due in a day or two isn’t she?”
Mikey smiled happily, “She’s due tomorrow. Think that’s why I’m so stressed y’know. Just came out to get a few more things in case we don’t have time.”
“Alright then, me and Gee might come round later.”
Mikey nodded and the two friends hugged before heading their separate ways.
Frank made it home pretty quickly to find Gerard sitting on the couch with a very awake Jaidon in his arms. He sat down next to his fiancée and smiled,
“I got them. I tried to rush home so we could give them ago before Jay woke up but I ran into Mikey.”
“Oh right, how is he? And Bill and the girls?”
“Mikey says they’re all doing great. Oh Hannah’s due tomorrow so I thought we’d go and see them all tonight y’know.”
“Yeah I’d like that.” Smiled Gerard cuddling Jaidon close. He remembered the stress when they’d been close to Franks due date and Frank had had Jaidon early so he couldn’t imagine what the other four were going through. They got Jaidon changed and headed over to the house. They didn’t stay very long though. Both girls were tired and the guys insisted on them getting sleep, even though they wanted to stay and play with Jaidon.
The next day came and there was no sign of any babies. It stayed like that for the next few days. Hannah and Mikey were stressed because the baby was late. Mikey was trying to busy himself with helping bob with Amys birthday plans. It was going to be an awesome birthday for her. Well the best it could be in her condition anyway. They just had to keep it a secret which wasn’t going to be that easy.
