A) make sure she's out all day, and put a For Sale £100 O.N.O and put her number on it. She'll be getting calls about it all day.
or
B) leave a note saying: Sorry I hit your (car/bike/moped etc.) and leave a fake number, to one of the offices or teachers at the uni.
First she'll go nuts looking for the nonexistent damage, then she'll call the person and yell about what they did and they'll think she's nuts.
