I had a really good conversation with a friend at work which helped me in my counselling session today
My partner held my hand when I got into bed after work this morning and said he wanted to work things out

* I sent an email I had been putting off for about 8 weeks.
* I asked a colleague for some directions to do something I had been putting off for 3 + months.
* I asked for clarification on what something at work meant rather than just ignoring it and doing nothing.
* I looked up some suggestions from a meeting yesterday rather than waiting weeks to pick up the courage.

Or in summary I have had a kick ass facing fears day!
Oh and so far I am having an ED free May!
