- fixed my switch controller like a pro
- feeling better and safer
- pizza
- my friends holding me together when I felt like I couldn't do it myself

After an incredibly intense and draining week I'm at Lio's house and being entertained by her cats and excited to see some other friends too this weekend after getting very close to cancelling everything less than 48 hrs ago and now all is well and peaceful and quiet

- Spoke to someone about autism and helped her feel heard - and lent her a book.
- Worked pretty hard with work stuff today.
- Ate some actual vegetables as part of dinner.
- Finally started the book chapter properly.

^I’ve watched the first episode now (by myself!) and oh my word. It’s such a hard watch but I think it’s so important to educate myself about it.
Thursday:
- a positive if busy day at work
- nice chats with my colleague
- feeling passionate about lots of causes
- learning an outstanding fun fact
Friday:
- telling basically everyone I saw about aforementioned fun fact
- lovely games night with excellent people
- T asking something about my mum and me just chucking her my phone and saying ‘ask her yourself’ leading to an adorable text conversation between the two
Saturday:
- so much sleep
- getting lots of reading done
- favourite dinner
Sunday:
- talking to Lio
- getting at least some work done
- trombone lesson going well

Thursday:
- being too ill to go to work which was obviously bad but also it got me out of a tricky thing :P
- restful day and feeling better later in the day
Yesterday:
- successfully getting rid of the excess oat milk we had due to my mismanagement of the milk order :P
- chatting to my friend who I haven't seen for a while
- messages of solidarity when I ranted about my dad's latest Hot Take on issues he knows nothing about but thinks he should talk about anyway because cishet white man have a valid opinion on everything right...
