Today:
- feeling really warm and cozy and sleepy in bed when I woke up
- fun games afternoon
- playing a new game that was lovely
- receiving two messages of support in response to my cry for help in my RV. Thank you fellow Llamas with Hats enthusiasts!!

- I made it through the day at work and actually felt alright, despite many meetings and yesterday being a nightmare mental health wise. I even got a few things ticked off.
- My furniture is now built, which has made me feel a lot better and taken something off my plate - sometimes you just gotta pay someone to do a job for you!

- Yesterday I was told I was an inspiration to someone I really look up to which meant a lot
- Bought some pretty snag tights
- Enjoyed watching a film with J (even though it was a disturbing film and we never want to see it again lol)

[Accidentally Abstract]

- I brought my plant back from the verge of death.

- I made an Access to Work application and spoke to a provider on the phone.

- I wrote out the first draft of my script for an autism training programme which I'm contributing to.

- I did both laundry and washing up, which can both sometimes weirdly make me anxious.
- I sorted out case studies and sources for my assignment, and then actually managed to make a start on it and do over 500 words. That's more than what was on my plan for today, so I'm proud of myself.
- I wrote my second short script for the national autism training programme, which I'm going to be contributing to as someone with lived experience. Plus, they're going to pay me to do so, win win for spreading awareness and extra money!
