Couple of weeks ago I
- walked down the road without a wheelchair or frame with physio watching and walking with me proudly whilst they picked up Charlie’s poop because he came with us.
- fresh air on a winters morning
- losing weight consistently and healthily

I totally need to watch at least the Christmas episodes!!!!
- Jenna reminding me Outnumbered exists
- K being an absolute frickin rockstar checking in on me and helping me make decisions etc and just being amazing all around
- S taking some work off me so I can take advantage of my office letting us leave early today
- just my amazing friends in general and not just today
- but today mostly K getting me from almost hyperventilating to breathing a lot easier and feeling excited about things
