1) I woke up in a good mood today! I'm happy that i'm happy and not anxious. Damn every time i say that i realize just how bad things must have gotten that i'm happy to not overwelmingly depressed today and that i'm relieved that i can think about things that normally make me overly anxious without actually getting anxious.

2) I got 2 of my 4 goals today accomplished! I went to the grocery store and i did the dishes! Now i just gotta cook lunch (usually i heat something up, i think i'll try cooking something today) and study for my exam tomorrow.

1 - I talked to my LSA about the stuffs going on at home

2 - I finished a piece of work that had been annoying me for weeks

3 - I passed 2 of my 4 units that I've done / gpt to do for this week [i've 18 and do 4 a week / month / term depending on how long they take]

4 - I didn't go out last night which meant i woke up early today for college

1. I have 6 days off work this week, which was an unexpected and needed surprise.

2. I only have 4 hours of my shift left.

1- I've sorted out essay extensions- which although not happy about has taken some of the stress off me. Plus I started writing the essay I plan to get in on time.

2-My flatmate has been bringing me cups of tea periodically as he noticed I was in the zone with uni work!

1. phoned to chase up letting agency about potential flat. Still waiting, but I tried.

2. Left the flat because I wasn't feeling particularly great and the site of the flat was making me worse due to current problems. I'm now in a nice coffee shop.

2. I met up with a friend and we had a nice chat
3. I had a peppermint hot chocolate in Starbucks and it was soooo nommy!
4. We've put up our christmas tree and it looks pretty :)
5. Ethan sang some songs from his Nativity play to me and it was too cute. Made me smile tons.

i drove past some girl tonight who looked about 14 drugged or wrecked out her face who'd been walking with boys and left them to zig zag down road so turned round and caught up with her slumped by a lamp post to see if she was alright to which she apologised whilst I asked her 3 times.wldve taken the lil thing home if I could its so sad sometimes.she looked bloody awful too like it wasn't the first or the last :-/ so then i got in and couldn't forget her lost face so i rang the police and asked them to send a patrol car out to check on her.its what i would want someone to do for my child.its not 2 things but i think it equates to it,now i can sleep tonight anyway.
