- seeing work colleagues again
- making progress with making friends with T
- P giving me an excellent drawing of Baby Oleg!

- watching the final episode of a dramatic TV show!

Thursday:
- surviving a slightly chaotic day
- Bake Off
- more games, even if Rummikub did outstay its welcome

Yesterday:
- inventing a stupid activity and making children laugh
- Fridayyyyy
- avoiding doing my work and just chatting to colleagues
- seeing my parents
- narrowly avoiding embarrassing defeat in Rubik's race
- hanging out with P

- remembering how on Friday I tipped water in my work trolley but somehow only got water on the very edges of the srs bsns colourful poster I've been making so I didn't have to start again

- made it to 24 hrs without random crying for the first time in over a week

- Stray cat coming back and Milo letting him eat with nothing more than a stern, watchful stare
- Volunteering to bottle feed a lamb for the next two weeks

I find it way too engaging for background TV tbh
I only watch it when I can watch up to six episodes in a row with my full attention

For background TV any of the Chicago series are pretty good I think

It was too hard to watch in the background- you were correct Lana.

- Today I learnt that hedgehogs can purr! And it either means they are grumpy, or if their quills are down it means they are content or having a nice dream! It is the cutest thing I’ve seen/heard in months!

- Uni not being a disaster
- Got my DSA funding, so I can call the supplier and arrange my equipment delivery. More importantly will hopefully start seeing a mentor soon.
- Joining some local ish stuff including an ADHD group that meets in a chocolate cafe!

- Chatted for a bit with my cousin in Australia

Today

- I had nice food
- manager being absolutely adorable and trying his best to be as helpful as he realistically can <3
- re read my dissertation and actually liked it
- got a big chunk of my least favorite work thing done

1) Today a colleague approached me and said she enjoyed one of my tweets about how much better I'm doing these days. She agreed, and that made me smile so much :)

2) My friend and I have arranged a virtual tea for Friday. I know it's technically not happened yet, but it'll be a win when it comes around!
